Oh, wow. Very sad to hear this.
My favorites of his are the 2000X series (especially the By His Bootstraps episode, which he personally sent me a copy of because he felt that the stereo mix wasn’t exactly right on the version I had) and the audio drama adaptation of a silent film called The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.
His website (http://www.irasov.com/home.htm) has a wealth of information. He also wrote a how-to book called The Well-Tempered Audio Dramatist: A Guide to the Production of Audio Plays in Twenty-first Century America. It’s free and can be found here: http://www.natf.org/wad/index.htm
All very best to his family.
